Pettit Village Phase II

Description: We completed the second and final phase of Pettit Village on November 17, 2007. Thank you to our sponsors for making these homes possible: Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, the Lutheran Coalition, Knight Vision Foundation, Schoen Insulation Services, Woodstock Furniture Outlet, DataScan Technologies, and Landmark Commercial Realty.

Clark Family Build

Description: We began construction on the Clark family's home on June 21, 2008 and completed their home on September 20, 2008. The Clark family waited two years for their home to be built. They are looking forward to spending the holiday with their whole family in their new house.

Rowland Family Home

Description: On June 14, 2008 we began construction the Rowland family's home. Four months later, we handed over the keys to Ms. Rowland and her two children. They are grateful to the sponsors and volunteers who made their dream of owning a home a reality.

Centennial Village Phase IV

Description: We began our fourth phase of Centennial Village on July 19, 2008. Centennial Village is our largest project to date. The four homes were turned over to four deserving families at the Dedication Ceremony on November 1, 2008. Thank you to the many generous house sponsors of this project for helping four families in need of affordable housing.

Leintz Home

Description: One March 1st the Leintz family moved into their new home in Forsyth County. This home was sponsored by Church of the Hills, Johns Creek Baptist Church, and Johns Creek United Methodist Church.

Centennial Village Phase II

Description: Three families completed their homes in Centennial Village on February 23, 2008. These three homes are part of a five townhouse unit. Robinson Home

Description: The Robinson family moved into their new two story house on Saturday, June 14th. We began construction on the home in March. Terry Home

Description: On Saturday, June 7th the Terry family moved into their new single family home. We began construction on the home on a cold and windy day in early March. Thank you to Cumming First Baptist for sponsoring the Terry’s home.

Centennial Village Phase III

Description: We recently completed the third phase of Centennial Village. This phase is two townhomes of a five townhome unit. The Kasimova family and the Sudduth family moved into their new homes along with the three homeowners from the second phase.
